ITE Meeting: 2019 Winter Week 4

Hello Everyone, here is the meeting recap for Week 4:

1. Traffic Bowl (Event Opportunity!)

The 2019 Socal ITE Student Chapter Traffic Bowl Competition will happen on this Saturday at Cal Poly Pomona! If you come out and support our team it will count as 1 event!


Saturday February 9th, 1019

10:30am – 1:30pm

We will begin competition at 10:30am so please plan on arriving no later than 10:15am.


Parking: Please see the attached information regarding parking. Parking is $5 per vehicle in the Magnolia parking structure. Where: Cal Poly Pomona College of Engineering, 3801 W Temple Ave, Pomona, CA 91768 Building 17, Room 1631 (See attached for building location) LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED

Please contact with your group members, select group leader and set up schedule for future field experiments. If some of your group members didn’t show up last week and you don’t have their contact info, please let us know.


4. Please complete Fehr and Peers office visit survey on Canvas under “Quizzes” section. The proposed tour date would be either Feb 21st or Feb 22nd. This office tour will count as one event.


5. Presentation due Feb 13th midnight, Proposal due Feb 21st midnight. For presentation, each member of the team needs to present. The presentation includes 5 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A session. Sample of presentation and proposal from last year can be found on Canvas, click “Files” then “2018-2019 UCI ITE Project” to access the file.
