ITE Meeting: 2019 Winter Week 8

Week 8 Meeting Recap

1. No class meeting on March 7:

There is no class meeting for ITE this week (Thursday Mar 7). We currently are in the process of receiving another data recorder tomorrow from a different vendor and need the extra time to set it up in order to conduct more trial runs. Expect to be start doing trial runs at the earliest by Friday (if everything works out on Thursday) and if not by the start of next week. Now I know we said that ideally each group would be able to do trial runs however we will need about 2-3 members from the whole club to be able to meet with me and Mareeya at TMC in Anaheim to do trial runs. With time being so limited with the equipment we need to act fast in order to get data in order for you all to start your analysis. I will create a survey to see who is available to do trial runs at certain days with certain times for the upcoming week. So please fill it out ASAP. In order to get final confirmation if you will be helping in conducting a trial run, you will be contacted by me or Mareeya and confirming the date. So please check your emails!
